Support & Help
Tap Sign in with Microsoft and log in with your personal Microsoft account. Once signed in, tap the folder name to choose your OneDrive destination, then select photos or videos to upload.
For security, Microsoft sign-in happens in Safari rather than inside the app. After you sign in, Safari will redirect back to the app automatically.
Tap the retry button (circular arrow) next to any failed item in the upload queue. Make sure you have a stable internet connection before retrying.
When WiFi-only is turned on, uploads are blocked on cellular (mobile data) and will only proceed when connected to WiFi. This prevents unexpected data usage.
There is no practical size limit. Files under 4 MB are sent in a single request. Larger files — including long videos — are uploaded automatically in chunks.
Go to Settings → Notifications → Easy OneDrive Uploader and make sure notifications are allowed. The app requests permission the first time you sign in.
Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, etc.). Work or school accounts (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD) are not currently supported.
Easy OneDrive Uploader does not collect or store any personal data. Your Microsoft credentials are handled entirely by Microsoft's own sign-in page. Access tokens are stored locally on your device only.
