Easy Doc Scanner

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

Easy Doc Scanner ("the app") is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

We do not collect your data

Easy Doc Scanner does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We have no servers, no analytics, and no user accounts. We never see your documents.

Everything stays on your device

All scans, PDFs, images, text recognition (OCR), and document organization happen entirely on your iPhone. Your documents are stored only in the app's private storage on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

Permissions we request

Camera — used solely to capture documents you choose to scan. Captured images are processed on your device.

Photo Library — used only if you choose to import an existing photo to scan, or to save an exported document back to your library.

These permissions are used on-device and only when you actively use the related feature. Nothing is collected or transmitted.

Third-party services

The app does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Text recognition is performed locally using on-device frameworks.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect any data from anyone, including children.
